Harvard University’s Administrative Fellowship Program seeks to attract talented professionals, especially more ethnic minorities.

Harvard University seeks to attract candidates, especially those from underrepresented ethnic minority groups, and those committed to addressing the underrepresentation of ethnic minorities in university administration, to administrative careers in higher education. Applicants must have at least five years of work experience. The 2008-09 Administrative Fellowship Program seeks applicants with B.A. degree and backgrounds in athletics/sports management, information technology, alumni affairs and development (conference planning and/or fund raising), research (behavioral sciences), finance, human resources (employment and compensation), or library science and management.
